Awesome news I just need $475.00 to reach $1,500.00. Now I know that we can do it together. Please post this on your page please!!
COVID-19 has affected us all, but especially people like me. I cannot go out in public or shop in stores. I can only shop online. Because of COVID-19 the 2021 Polar Plunge at Carlyle Lake and Downtown Belleville has been cancelled.
However, Special Olympics has thought of a different way to do it. They are calling it the Plunge at Home!! I know you are probably wondering what that means so let me explain it. You can either jump into a bathtub full of cold Icy water or you can stand or sit in the shower and have someone pour a bucket of icy cold water on your head. It should be videoed and shared with friends and family.
So the good news is that you can still donate to help me reach my goal. I have a plan to raise $1,500. I will put on a bathing suit and get a friend to throw a bucket of cold Icy water on my head in the shower! I am willing to do this because it benefits Special Olympics all around the world!!
The theme this year is Be Bold Get Cold!!
